Sales and Refund Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

ToolCorral is a project of PreciseAI, LLC (“PreciseAI”, “we”, “us”), a software company in Hughes Springs, Texas, USA. Our full contact details are at preciseai.tech.

This policy applies when you buy an app from ToolCorral, whether on ToolCorral.com, in the Microsoft Store or in the Apple App Store. Purchases in those stores also follow the store’s own terms (see Section 6).

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to buy an app on ToolCorral.com or create a ToolCorral.com account. At checkout you confirm that you are. Purchases in the Microsoft Store and Apple App Store also follow those stores’ own age rules.

You may not buy or use our apps if you are located in a country, or are a person, that US export or sanctions laws do not allow us to sell to.

3. What you are buying

When you buy an app, you get a license for one person to install and use your copy on the computers they use, for their own personal or business work. If several people will use an app, buy one copy for each person. PreciseAI and its licensors keep ownership of the software and all copyright and other rights in it. Some apps include third-party or open-source components, which are covered by their own licenses.

You may keep one backup copy for your own use. You may not resell, rent, share or give away the app, copy it for others, or try to take it apart (reverse-engineer it), except where the law gives you a right to do so that this policy cannot take away.

Ending your license. Your license ends if you break this policy or receive a refund for the app. You must then stop using the app and delete it.

Delivery. Apps are digital downloads. On ToolCorral.com, your download is available right after payment, and your download link works for 30 days. Please download your app and keep a backup copy within that time. After 30 days, any re-download from your ToolCorral.com account is a courtesy, not a guarantee, and we may end it at any time, for example if we retire an app, change how we sell our apps, or sell or transfer ToolCorral. We will try to honor all valid purchases. In the Microsoft Store or Apple App Store, the store delivers the app, and its own rules apply to re-downloads.

System requirements. Each app’s page lists the operating systems and hardware it supports. Please check them before you buy.

Updates. We may release updates that fix problems or add features. Some updates are free; for others, ToolCorral.com account holders may be offered a discounted price. You never have to install an update. The version you bought keeps working as described on the systems it supported when you bought it; we are not responsible for later changes made by operating-system or hardware makers. In the European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom, we provide free of charge the fixes needed to keep your app working as described, for as long as the law requires.

Free and beta apps. Free apps and beta versions are provided as they are, may change or end at any time, and have no purchase price to refund.

AI results and your files. Our apps use AI, and their results can be wrong or incomplete. Please check results before you rely on them. You are responsible for having the right to use any files you process with our apps. We claim no ownership of the files you create or process with them.

Your account. Keep your ToolCorral.com login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

4. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices on ToolCorral.com are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or similar taxes are added at checkout where the law requires.

Payments on ToolCorral.com are processed by PayPal or by Stripe (through WooPayments). We never see or store your full card or bank details.

We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already completed. If we list an app at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before you download it.

5. All sales are final

Once a purchase is complete, we do not give refunds, credits or exchanges. Please read each app’s description and system requirements before you buy, and contact us with any questions first.

This does not take away rights the law gives you:

  • A faulty app. If an app does not work as described on the systems it supports, contact us. We will try to fix it. If we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you.

  • Our mistakes. If you were charged twice for the same app, or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the extra.

  • European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom. You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For a digital download, that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to start it right away and acknowledged losing the right to cancel. You give that agreement in the box you tick at checkout on ToolCorral.com. Your rights for a faulty app still apply.

  • Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • Other countries. If you are a consumer, you keep any other rights the mandatory consumer laws of your country give you.

To ask for a fix or refund under any of these rights, email support@preciseai.tech with your order number and a description of the problem.

We reply to support emails within 5 business days. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. We refund the US-dollar amount you paid, so differences caused by exchange rates or your bank’s fees are not covered.

6. Purchases in the Microsoft Store or Apple App Store

If you bought an app in the Microsoft Store or the Apple App Store, the store processed your payment, and its own refund rules apply. Please request any refund from that store. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.

For help using the app itself, you can still contact us at support@preciseai.tech.

7. Payment disputes and misuse

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your card provider. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.

If a payment is reversed, refunded or charged back, the purchase is cancelled. We may remove the app from your ToolCorral.com account, and you must stop using it.

We may suspend or close a ToolCorral.com account that is used for fraud, to share or resell apps, or in breach of this policy.

8. Warranty, liability and governing law

No other warranties. Except for rights the law does not allow us to exclude, our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that an app will be free of errors, run without interruption, or suit a particular purpose.

Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that app. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this policy limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as internet, hosting or payment-service outages, power failures, natural disasters or government action. If this happens, we will restore access as soon as we reasonably can.

Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes are heard in the state courts of Dallas County, Texas, or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.

9. Changes and contact

Changes. We may change this policy at any time. The version in force on the day you buy is the one that applies to that purchase. The effective date at the end of this policy shows when it last changed.

Severability and transfer. If any part of this policy cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may transfer this policy, and our rights and duties under it, to a company that takes over ToolCorral; your rights under it stay the same.
