Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

ToolCorral is a project of PreciseAI, LLC (“PreciseAI”, “we”, “us”), a software company in Hughes Springs, Texas, USA. PreciseAI, LLC runs ToolCorral.com, makes the ToolCorral apps and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our full contact details are at preciseai.tech.

This policy covers:

  • The ToolCorral apps: the desktop apps listed on ToolCorral.com, and any app we add later. It applies wherever you get the app: the Microsoft Store, the Apple App Store or ToolCorral.com.

  • ToolCorral.com: our website and store, including ToolCorral.com accounts.

Other PreciseAI products have their own privacy policies.

Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies on ToolCorral.com, and our Sales and Refund Policy covers purchases.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to sell, deliver and support our apps.

When What we collect
You buy on ToolCorral.com Your name, email address, country, the app, price, date and order number. PayPal or Stripe (through WooPayments) processes the payment. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
You create a ToolCorral.com account Your email address, a password and your purchase history, so you can download your apps again and get discounted updates. We store the password only in scrambled (hashed) form and cannot read it.
You buy from the Microsoft Store or Apple App Store Microsoft or Apple handles your payment and store account under its own privacy policy. We receive only the sales information the store shares with app makers, never your payment details.
An app checks for news from us Nothing about you or your work. See “The update check” below.
You send us a crash report or contact us Your email address and whatever you choose to send, including crash reports, screenshots or files.
You visit ToolCorral.com Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy. Cookies that are not essential are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

The update check. When an app starts, it downloads one public file from toolcorral.com to see whether we have news about that app, such as a new version. The request contains only the file’s address, the current time, and the app’s name and version. It contains no ID, files or project data. If there is a new message, the app shows it once; you can close it, and you never have to update. The app keeps a small log on your computer of the messages it has already shown.

We do not record or use your IP address from the update check. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, as it does for any web request.

We do not buy personal information from data brokers, and our apps show no ads.

3. How our apps handle your data

Our apps do their work on your own computer. Your projects, recordings, images, audio, labels, scripts and exported files stay there. The apps do not upload them to us, and they do not send us usage data. Unless we say otherwise in a specific app’s description, the only time an app contacts us is the update check in Section 2.

The apps open, read and save only the files and folders you choose.

Device resources. Different apps use different resources on your computer, depending on what they do. Depending on the app, this can include your microphone, your camera, your location, the files and folders you choose to open, network access to the internet, and other device resources a particular app’s features call for. Your operating system asks your permission before an app can use a sensitive resource such as your microphone, camera or location, and you can turn that permission off at any time (on Windows, in Settings > Privacy & security). An app only uses a resource for the feature it needs it for, and only while that feature is active — for example, an app that records audio uses the microphone only while you are recording.

Online features. Some apps may connect to online services to do their job, for example PreciseAI’s cloud AI services. Before we release such an app, we describe what it sends, to whom and why, in that app’s listing or in the app before you first use the feature. It sends only what that feature needs.

Third-party components. Our apps are built with software components made by other companies. Some of these components may connect to the internet on their own, for example to check for their own updates or to send diagnostic and crash information to their makers. When they do, they may send technical information such as your IP address, operating system, device type, app version and diagnostic data. That information goes to the component’s maker under its own privacy notice, not to us. For example, a component that runs AI models on your computer may send diagnostic data to its maker.

If you use an app to label, record or store images, audio or video of other people, you are responsible for having the right to use them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing support@preciseai.tech. We answer within 30 days, or within the time your local law sets if shorter. We may need to confirm your identity first. For purchases made in the Microsoft Store or Apple App Store, Microsoft or Apple holds your store account and payment details, so contact them about that information.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. You also have the right to object to or restrict our use of your information, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

California and other US states. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws may ask what we collect, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of advertising cookies, use the cookie settings on ToolCorral.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights, and we honor these requests from residents of any US state.

Other countries. If the law where you live gives you further privacy rights, we will honor them. This includes, for example, Canada, Brazil and Australia.

Some requests have limits. We may keep records the law requires, such as tax records, and records needed to handle a payment dispute.

7. Children and age limits

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to buy an app on ToolCorral.com or create a ToolCorral.com account. We do not ask for your date of birth; at checkout you confirm that you are 18 or older. Purchases in the Microsoft Store and Apple App Store also follow those stores’ own age rules.

Our apps and website are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as defined by the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), or from anyone under 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

If we learn that we hold information from a child below these ages, we will delete it and close any related account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, email support@preciseai.tech.

8. Changes and contact

Changes. We may change this policy at any time, for example when we add apps or features, change how an app works, or when the law changes. The updated policy takes effect when we post it on this page, and the effective date at the end of this policy shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will notify account holders by email or in the app before it takes effect, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it. Continuing to use our apps or website after a change takes effect means the updated policy applies to you.
